Bug Description
1. Edit a screenshot
2. Create any object
3. Right click on any object
Result: a popup menu appears. Menu items are "Raise", "Lower", "Delete", "Edit Preferences"
Expected: popup menu should contain "Copy", "Cut", "Paste" menu items
