Bug Description

Primary toolbars in Gtk3 have a particular style context name, which is 'primary-toolbar'. By setting the toolbar as primary, it will become more consistent with other Gtk3 applications, and under Ambiance it will be dark.

My branch fixes this.

You just have to be careful not to overwrite the changes next time you use glade, as glade does not yet support class tags (see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=658035).
