Desktop App store shows snap command line apps while it does not show commandline apps from ubuntu repos

Bug Description
For example, docker exists in both the Snap store and in ubuntu repos.
When I search for docker, the one from ubuntu's repos does not show up(which is expected). But the first result in the app center is a docker snap, which is also a cli tool.
Since the software center does not show up the cli programs, snap cli programs should also not be shown.
