Fonts that need to be substituted, e.g. in Chromium, Firefox, mattermost-desktop, etc., are not correctly identified and resolved, resulting in the display of little boxes instead of the correct characters. Adding `<include ignore_

We are aware of a number of issues related to fonts. I'll relay this to Maciej who was working on the related layer recently. He's off for a week but should be able to have an opinion when he's back.
