Bug Description

I've installed ubuntu 20.04.4 as well as ubuntu 22.04 on wsl2 windows 11.

I'm trying to login to snap with sudo snap login <email address hidden>

Am registered and confirmed email address at ubuntu one login

The password I am using is correct (i've tried resetting the password and retrying multiple times). However I keep getting response error; access denied.

Have tried on multiple distributions and keep getting the same error. Please advise?

(Moved to snapd since user says he can log into login.ubuntu.com and the fact that the Launchpad bug was filed points to this not being an SSO problem).

Hi, thank you for reporting this. Have you managed to log in before with the same setup or has it never worked? Have you tried to log in on a non-wsl system and, if so, did that work? Also, can you please provide the output of `snap version`?
