Bug Description
After fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, I am unable to do anything with snaps, they are basically paralized entirely: nothing can be removed or added or changed, because it stops on this:
Automatically connect eligible plugs and slots of snap....
...keep throwing this:

Digging a bit more, I found this:
- Mount snap "youtube-dl" (4806) (systemctl command [--no-reload disable snap-youtube\
)
- Mount snap "core18" (2654) (systemctl command [--no-reload disable snap-core18-
Well, OK. How to cure that without reinstalling the entire OS?
I am facing the same issue on Arch Linux when trying to install a snap package.
