Bug Description

Using 23.04, with network-manager-gnome version 1.30.0-2ubuntu, the "Add" button is non-functional when any of the automatic IP configuration options are selected (this makes sense upon as WireGuard doesn't support these), there is no feedback to the user as to why they cannot complete the VPN addition.
