Bug Description
The video-x-generic.svg is very large and slow to parse. It is affecting some application performance such as synapse. PLease note also affecting other bisgi theme.

That specific icon I patched. The main cause was having hundreds of unneeded gradients. Notice the attached file is much smaller.
