NFV-VIM Web Server is not responding. Looking into the configuration (config.ini) the path to the root directory is wrong.

    Fix root path for NFV-VIM Web Server

    This commit updates the base path for the web server.

    TEST PLAN:
    PASS: NFV configuration file with correct root path.
    PASS: NFV-VIM Web Server responds successfully.
