Bug Description

Try install on my Dell Inspiron 3793 Intel core i5-1035g1 Intel UHD graphics
Install ended with a message 'Something went wrong' 'please restart...'
a crash file was created in /var/crash but crash was not sent.
Opening crash file with 'Report a problem' and asking 'send' i see a small window
'The problem cannot be reported
This problem is damaged...
PermissionError(1,'Operation not permitted')
