Can not format NVMe disk to install Ubuntu 23.04
Apparently, the partition names are wrong: they should be like
nvme0n1p1, nvme0n1p2, etc, rather than nvme0n11, nvme0n12, etc

screenshot with incorrect block file names Edit (53.6 KiB, image/png)

The confirmation page, shown before disk is formatted, still shows incorrect block file names, see attached screenshot.

Installation failed, with an error, but I was not able to upload the logs, the automatic reporting procedure aborted with HTTP error 503.

I've forwarded the UI issue (wrong partition name) to https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu-desktop-installer/issues/1819.

For the error you encounter, would you be able to send us a tarball with the content of /var/log/installer/, /var/crash/ and the content of the journal?
