Bug Description
If a meeting gets removed from the LP export feed, it gets marked as removed and thereby unscheduled in Summit. This is a problem if the meeting has already happened.

Based on #994110 being fixed, this should be an extreme edge case. The only way for this to happen now that I can think of would be that it is removed from being linked to the sprint, which I don't see being an issue often, if ever.
