Bug Description

I've heard so many concerns/fears about the rescheduling of past events ("OMG what happens if I delete Petofi?"). Making past events immutable would probably solve this.

A super-super-super-user admin might need to be provided to allow for cover-ups or other unforeseen circumstances (eg. bug #781686).

By "past events", do you mean past summits, or past meetings within an active summit?

I believe past meetings with a summit was the intention.. It goes without
saying about past summits.

One thing that we could do to solve this is after the meeting starts, remove the "auto" check mark.
