Bug Description

In Ubuntu, Centos and Debian doc :
https://docs.openstack.org/project-install-guide/object-storage/ocata/controller-install-ubuntu.html#install-and-configure-components

In "Install and configure components" section, step C command was "curl -o /etc/swift/proxy-server.conf https://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/swift/plain/etc/proxy-server.conf-sample?h=stable/newton"

But in Ocata, the command should be "curl -o /etc/swift/proxy-server.conf https://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/swift/plain/etc/proxy-server.conf-sample?h=stable/ocata"
