syncevolution log files not getting cleaned up

Bug Description

In debugging the sync problem reported earlier, I noticed there are a ton of non-empty directories in ~/.cache/syncevolution.
These need to be cleaned up so they don't keep accumulating

On my device I have 8 dirs because the sync-monitor creates the syncevolution configuration file with the limit of 2 log dirs.

this means that each account will have 4 dirs because it creates a log dir for the server side and local side for each sync.

something like:

google_+calendar_+1-2014-10-06-19-33
google_+contacts_+1-2014-10-10-13-34

target_+config@google_+calendar_+1-2014-10-06-19-33-a

you can check how many dirs syncevolution will create for each account in:

.config/syncevolution/google-contacts-1/config.ini
Check for "maxlogdirs" key

OBS: if you remove and create a new account the old log will not be remove. (This is a limitation on syncevolution)
