Bug Description
I fresh-flashed (with --wipe) my krillin phone last Friday and later added two google accounts.
Then later I added the calendar app from the store, and went back to both accounts and enabled calendar sync.
All the other sync options were also on.
Today I opened the contact app and couldn't see my contacts.
I refreshed once and didnt see any change, then later refreshed again and they appeared.
Pretty sure I was on Wifi the whole time.

I see a bunch of these failure messages in the log:
"Fail to create session:"
I couldn't reproduce after removing my account rebooting and recreating it.
@renato maybe the bug has to do with enabling calendar sync before contact sync or both at the same time (see popey's steps to reproduce). Things seem to work ok with just contacts for me.
