Bug Description

problem:
  1. to speed up the booting, some vnfs will put the disk into openstack volume and then boot the vnf from it. This is much quicker than booting from image in general.
  2. some vnfs need multiple volumes attached to function.

solution:
  1. add boot from volume support
  2. add attaching extra volumes
