Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
* Open Tagger
* generate a QR code
* share the code to telegram
* go back to tagger
* generate a different QR code
* share it again to telegram, same user
=> The old image will be overwritten in the history

This foes not only happen with QR-codes, but with any sort of image. It does only affect the sender, not the receiver.
Itight be due to a file being overwritten in the cache.
