Bug Description
It seems a connection to telegram over WiFi or mobile data often results in "half" images. (see screenshot)
I observed this with sending and receiving pictures. Would a checksum help to prevent this?
I am running on nexus 4, r24, latest stable telegram v2

I could not reproduce the "half image bug" in the last two months. Though, I often need to send an image twice.
