tests/compute/base.py missing import for exceptions

Ran into this today while debugging a different bug.

I'd fix it, but I'm waiting on my membership to be approved. I figured this would be a good one to get familiar with the work flow.

Wayne, I didn't see your membership request which would normally have been approved immediately. Which group did you apply to?

I applied to openstack-cla. Should i have applied to a different group?

Same module is missing a reference to nose as well.

I think you also have to join the group at https://launchpad.net/tempest. Hopefully some one else can add more information if that is not enough.

Ahh, ok thanks. I had asked some of the openstack developers in our office,
but I see they told me wrong. Thanks, ill do that first thing when I get in
the office.
