Bug Description

Write Testcases for fixed ip address
1)https://servers.api.openstack.com/v1.1/{tenantId}/servers/{serverId}/ips
GET List Addresses
2)https://servers.api.openstack.com/v1.1/{tenantId}/servers/{serverId}/ips/{networkId}
GET List Addresses by Network

3) Boundary & Invalid input ,null value tests , for non-existant tenants
4) Validation for http return code
