openstack overcloud container image prepare should handle slashes in namespace entries

Bug Description
When using 'openstack overcloud container image prepare ...' if the namespace contains a slash for its last character, then an error like the following is scene and the container is not downloaded:

This happened with an artifact like the following and was worked around by removing the '/' after 8888. However, this bug requests that the tripleo client handle this case.
