Bug Description

If you run:

openstack overcloud container image prepare --output-rnv-file=overcloud_images.yaml

The output file will contain these entries with the tempest image:

  N: docker.io/tripleoqueens/centos-binary-tempest:current-tripleo
  e: docker.io/tripleoqueens/centos-binary-tempest:current-tripleo
  n: docker.io/tripleoqueens/centos-binary-tempest:current-tripleo
  o: docker.io/tripleoqueens/centos-binary-tempest:current-tripleo
