trove.conf.sample doesn't contain a keystone_authtoken section

Bug Description

Even though trove-api uses keystoneauth1, the shipped trove.conf.sample doesn't contain a [keystone_authtoken] section, which is very confusing for the non-experienced user. Please add such a section.

BTW, it'd be nice if trove.conf was generated using oslo-config-generator, so that it could pickup any updates from keystoneauth1, oslo.messaging and friends.

Most other projects use genconfig to build a sample config file, this way sections like keystone_authtoken which come from OSLO are automatically included. I think that's the request.

Here's the patch I'm adding to trove.conf.sample. I'd like something like this to be done.
