Bug Description

Hi,

I have 3 problems registering my nodes in tuskar:

1º When I try to autodiscover my nodes checking the field "Discover missing atributes" I get this error:
"Error: Unable to register node."

2º If I try to upload a csv file with my baremetals info the "IPMI Password" doesn't get filled.

3º When I register a node filling up all the details without using autodiscover, I see that it creates 2 nodes: on in Free and other in Maintenance.

    Show/hide IPMI form fields correctly

    The show/hide functionality has to have correct value
    of IMPI driver, which is pxe_ipmitool
