Bug Description

http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/ currently links to https://sm7.sitemeter.com/stats.asp?site=sm7twistedmatrix with the image https://sm7.sitemeter.com/meter.asp?site=sm7twistedmatrix. Both of these links are broken.

Suggested fix: remove the sitemeter tracking altogether.
