The modules/subpackages in the fixtures subpackage should actually be in txaws.testing.

So this is only used by txaws.server right now, but it doesn't even really relate to server stuff; it's just used for testing various things in with modules and class decorators.
I guess what this ticket really boils down to is that I don't like the way this is used. There's almost certainly a better way to accomplish the same type of test coverage.
When it bugs me more, and I have some time to kill, I'll come back to this ticket.
