Bug Description
The latest whoopsie, uploaded yesterday in the Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail repositories slows down the boot process by 29 seconds. This did not occur previously.
Without whoopsie, my system (SSD) boots in 23 seconds while with whoopsie, it boots in 52 seconds.
I've attached boot logs (bootchart) with my system's boot times with and without (removed) whoopsie - see bootchart.tar.gz. Let me know if you need more info.
