Bug Description
During extensive user testing we found the text input (annotations next to calculations and titles) to be difficult to operate and users expressed that they wouldn't use the feature.
We are expecting new designs from the design team soon, but in the mean time could we please remove the feature completely. So no more text input at all next to numeric digits, no OSK, no dots. Thanks!

Because of the annotations we implemented a workaround to delete the calculations. See #1329536.
This workaround works on mako, but on krillin is not stable. We need to land Ricardo's branch to get back to green.
