All day event can't be updated using edit mode

Currently , All day events can not be updated using EDIT mode.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Create an all day event.
2. Go to Week/Day view & open event details.
3. Click on edit icon.
4. Try to update any information in event.
5. Save an event with the changes.

Result :-

It is throwing an error popup End time can't be before start time.

Expected result :

It should save event with modified information by user.
