time for second location wrong after daylight saving started

Bug Description
I have a second clock configured (San Francisco) in addition to the main clock (Vienna, Austria). When daylight saving time started here in Vienna, the new Vienna time changed correctly, but the San Francisco time was 1h wrong (it showed 8am when it should have shown 7am).
Removing the San Francisco clock and adding it again helped. Now the second clock shows the correct time.
Test manually Daylight saving time changing.
