EFI entry after install shows as "UEFI OS" instead of "Ubuntu" when using hardware backed encryption

Bug Description
On a typical 24.04 install without hardware backed encryption the entry in my BIOS boot menu is "Ubuntu" but when I install using hardware backed encryption it's not consistent, and instead shows as "UEFI OS".

This is now showing up as "ubuntu" on Ubuntu 24.10. Just needs a capital "U" now.
