Bug Description

Hi, I have tried to import contacts into address book by selecting the .vcf file in file manager. I copied the vcf file by ssh to ~phablet/Downloads folder of my aquaris phone but subsequently trying to open the file in file manager just resulted in empty window with "Cancel" button at the bottom.

Expected behaviour: associate .vcf files with address book (Contacts) and offer the file to be opened by address book app. For example opening mail with .vcf attachement in Dekko works like this.

Address book already support importing vcards using content hub. The only missing code is in file manager app that needs to implement support for contact export using content hub like gmail web app does.

.vcf or .vcard files should be able to be opened by Contacts app via content-hub. I believe these should be ContentType.Contacts in the content hub api. Filemanager should ask content hub for apps that can open ContentType.Contacts when it tries to open a vcard file.
