Bug Description
In Fedora, the default hinting setting is 'medium' (as opposed to 'slight' in Ubuntu). If you visit askubuntu.com with a Fedora system it looks a bit odd, as all the dots on the lower-case 'i' characters are not horizontally aligned with the stems. I don't see this at some other Ubuntu pages, though, so it may be unique to the precise size used on askubuntu.com or that site may be embedding an older version of the font, perhaps?
This is easy to see if you have a Fedora live image handy - just boot it up and visit askubuntu.com . I'll attach a screenshot, too.
