[nc] Metadata: Manufacturer URL and Vendor URL are duplicates of Designer/URL but don't lead to download

Currently the metadata for the Designer/Manufacturer and Vendor/Design URLs are duplicated, but it's still not actually possible to download the font via the included link:

  name=8 (Manufacturer) = "Dalton Maag Ltd"
  name=9 (Designer) = "Dalton Maag Ltd"
  name=11 (Vendor URL) = "http://www.daltonmaag.com/"
  name=12 (Designer URL) = "http://www.daltonmaag.com"

Per the suggestion of $X (sorry that I've forgotten your name, a non-Canonical person, at some point over the northern summer 2011), ideally the strings should be updated to also link to 'font.ubuntu.com' viz:

  name=8 (Manufacturer) = "Canonical Ltd"
  name=9 (Designer) = "Dalton Maag Ltd"
  name=11 (Vendor URL) = "http://font.ubuntu.com/"
  name=12 (Designer URL) = "http://www.daltonmaag.com/"

This would ensure that the download + licensing + feedback details for the typeface can be found via the metadata—since at the moment it's not possible to find the Ubuntu Font Family for download via the included www.daltonmaag.com link.
