Bug Description
The default upstream GNOME font is "Source Code Pro" these days.
Will consider switching to this once its packaged in Debian/Ubuntu.

'monospace' is actually DejaVu Sans Mono. Why do you think it should be the default instead of Ubuntu Mono?
