Bug Description

The Input switching shortcuts stop working after resuming from suspend.

To recreate:
1. In the control center, define two keyboard layouts and keyboard shortcuts to switch between them (I used AltL+ShiftL and AltR+ShiftR).
2. Suspend and resume.
3. The shortcuts no longer work.

To make the shortcuts work again reboot, or, alternatively, go to the typing keyboard shortcuts section, delete the input switching shortcuts, and then re-add them.
