Bug Description
Using Ubuntu-Gnome 17.04.
location services says it is in use even though it is disabled and nothing is using it. Gnome-maps and gnome-weather are not running.
Looks like it might be related to this Gnome bug: https:/
As it is right now, the location services indicator/icon perpetually shows in the top panel even though nothing is using location services.
