vmexit_ple_round_robin from ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests failed on H-5.11 KVM (host doesn't support requested feature)

Issue found in 5.11.0-1009.9-kvm, on KVM node crdvm1 (however it has passed on another KVM node zeppo, I think maybe it's host-related?)

This is not a regression since the test was run with the latest hirsute-WIP branch, with upstream tip c986dbe867053 ("x86/vmx: skip error-code delivery tests for #CP").
