Bug Description

Currently only a US English keyboard layout/word engine exists. A UK engine should be added (possibly sharing the American English layout).

Considering Canonical are based in London, UK, it is surprising that they forgot their own language to be there, i.e. UK English, and the phones are not even available yet in US so why default to US English?
