2. Click on the Install Ubuntu Mate icon
    The 'Preparing to install Ubuntu Mate' screen is displayed
3. On the screen Preparing to install Ubuntu Mate, note the availability of the following components
    Available options should represent the state of your system accurately

        (If network is available) Download updates while installing Ubuntu Mate
        (If on a 'laptop') Is plugged to a power source
        Install third-party software ... option available

Actual effect of action 2. is going to the wireless selection screen.
