Bug Description

Chp 6 p120

Ubuntu uses the Linux file system structure based on a series of folders in
the root directory.

Not ungrammatical as such, but awkward, needing a separation between "Linux file system structure" and "based on". Also "system structure" is a bit redundant.
Suggestion: "Ubuntu uses the Linux file system, which is based on a series of folders in the root directory."

To the first issue of '/home/ubuntu-manual'. I'm going to establish some placeholder formatting that will fix this soon.

To the second issue: I agree that the phrasing is a bit awkward. However, there is a difference between the file system and the structure.

Changed in ubuntu-manual:
status: Fix Committed → Confirmed
importance: Low → Medium
assignee: Elan Kugelmass (epkugelmass) → Kevin Godby (godbyk)
