Bug Description

HDMI interface is turned off randomly, while movie playback is running. Both Celluloid and VLC were checked and no difference was found. The screen becomes black, then "No cable connected" message appears, then monitor is switched into suspended mode. Sound continues playing. I couldn't find any correlation with CPU temperature, etc. It looks like a software bug. I checked several overlays, coming with 22.04 LTS:
1. vc4-fkms-v3d - no HDMI bug, windows dragging is extremely laggy, mouse movement freezes video playback.
2. vc4-fkms-v3d-pi4 - works exactly as #1.
3. vc4-kms-v3d - HDMI bug, no windows lags, mouse movement doesn't freeze video playback.
4. vc4-kms-v3d-pi4 - works exactly as #3.

20.04 LTS version worked OK.

Furthermore, Kodi doesn't work and shows just the same effect not randomly, but every time I launch it. A garbage screen appears for a couple of seconds, then Kodi main screen appears very quickly and then black screen and monitors goes into suspended mode with "No cable connected" message on screen.
