Bug Description

Hi, my system is Ubuntu Mate 22.04.3 Linux 5.15.0-86-generic #96-Ubuntu SMP Wed Sep 20 08:23:49 UTC 2023 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

My graphic card is
luca@pc-sala:~$ inxi -G
Graphics:
Device-1: AMD Picasso/Raven 2 [Radeon Vega Series / Radeon Mobile Series]
    driver: amdgpu v: kernel
Device-2: Logitech Logitech Webcam C925e type: USB
    driver: snd-usb-audio,uvcvideo
  Display: x11 server: X.Org v: 1.21.1.4 driver: X: loaded: amdgpu,ati
unloaded: fbdev, modesetting, vesa gpu: amdgpu resolution: 1920x1080~60Hz
OpenGL: renderer: AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics (raven LLVM 15.0.7 DRM 3.42
  5.15.0-86-generic)
    v: 4.6 Mesa 23.0.4-0ubuntu1~22.04.1

In the image attached you can see my desktop with a red frame inside. If I place icons on the right or on the bottom of the frame, on reboot the icons are moved inside the frame borders.
I tried activating and deactivating "align icons" and "lock position of the icons" options, but no way, every reboot the icons are moved inside the frame area.
Why?
How to fix this?
