Bug Description

Using rtm 136, the scope icons are not displayed in about->storage, that's because the manifest info contains a directory and the code reads the first .ini there.

The directory used to have only one .ini, but now it includes a settings.ini as well and that one get picked and doesn't contain an icon

Ideally the click manifest would tell what .ini to read so the code wouldn't have to go guess hacks
