After mounting / read-write, terminal no longer starts

Bug Description
For networking purposes I am sometimes forced to do the following:
`sudo mount -o remount,rw /`
After this, when I try to launch the Terminal, the loading screen just hangs forever.

After further testing it sometimes works after RW remount so this might not be real cause.
