i386 ceph smoke tests: the server installation fail to reboot

Bug Description
The i386 server installations with ceph fail to reboot and hang indefinitely during the reboot. This happens almost every smoke test runs and the console screen looks like the one that is attached.
This only happens with i386 tests and the installer logs are also attached.
This is the command that's used in the server
sudo -u utah -i run_utah_tests.py -p lp:~ubuntu-server-dev/ubuntu-test-cases/server-tests-raring/preseeds/ceph.preseed -i /var/cache/
The installation appears to be successful but the reboot after the installation hangs as shown in the attached screenshot.
