Bug Description
1. Boot into UEFI Firmware Settings by selecting that option at the UEFI grub menu
2. Check hardware settings for the hard-drive and if set to ACPI mode, change it to "RAID" or "RST"
3. Boot Ubuntu Desktop, and start installation, eventually you should see a page before partitiong step declaring that you have Intel RSTe enabled and guiding the user on how to disable it.
