Bug Description
After installing Ubuntu Tweak 0.5.14 in Oneiric Beta 1, I was unable to install applications from Ubuntu Tweak. This is because synaptic is not installed by default, and the install section depends on it to install applications.
The error window was very unhelpful, saying only 'Update failed' with no clear reason. A better option would be to alert the user that synaptic is required if it is not already installed.
