Sheet's header elide label when not needed

Bug Description
The title of the language selection page fits the english translation but it doesn't fit the spanish translation.
There's plenty of space available to make the label bigger.
To reproduce:
Select a language like spanish.
Go to System Settings
Go to Language & Text or Idioma y texto
Go to Display language or Idioma para ...
